Refund policy
At Carffeine, we take pride in delivering unique, high-quality automotive-inspired products through our print-on-demand service. As each item is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size, colour, or due to a change of mind.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund. Simply reach out to our team within 30 days of product delivery using the “Contact” form on our website, or by emailing sales@carffeine.com.au and provide a clear photo showing the issue for our review. For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, we may require an additional photo or video showing all affected items visible in one frame for confirmation.
While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and sizing guidance, Carffeine cannot be held responsible for incorrect size or colour selections made by the customer. For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, please be aware that there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in print placement will not be considered defects.
